Tooth colored Fillings

Composite fillings are tooth colored (white) fillings that are metal free and are made from resins. This material is bonded to the tooth surface for added strength. Silver fillings do not chemically bond to the tooth structure. Rather than a large cavity/hole cut for conventional silver fillings, for these composite fillings, only minimal tooth structure is removed.
